Annmarie Fairweather leads all practices that deal with People, Talent and Culture at Learning Ally. Annmarie is a veteran of 30 years working as a Human Resources leader. She was involved in all industries, and worked with teams of executives to meet the business objectives, especially during periods of fast change and growth. She has been a trusted advisor who has helped translate corporate goals and strategies into human and business strategies through engaging employees and managing change. She has a passion for learning and sees leadership and team-building as the most valuable asset. Her broad experience with smaller and mid-sized companies along with Fortune 500 organizations in developing and coaching leaders that have demonstrated results and successful outcomes helped cultivate corporate cultures that embrace learning innovation and change to positively impact individuals groups and companies. Annmarie was inspired to donate her talent and energy to help support Learning Ally's mission. When she is not working, she also provides support to several non-profit organizations. For instance, the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee is just one. Its goal is to help women become leaders.
